Christina Applegate | Married… with Children

It has been a sort of a curse in Hollywood that if a celebrity had a successful career as a child star, that person might not become famous as an adult anymore. That was not the case with Christina Applegate, who, despite playing the role of Kelly Bundy on Married, with Children as a kid, has had a prolific adult career. Some of her projects include Sweet Charity, Up All Night and The Big Hit.

So what could Applegate be doing now? Well, for one, she is not interested in a reboot of the sitcom she starred in because she believed that ship has sailed due to her age. Applegate had a bout with sickness, and so when she married and became a mom, she considered it a blessing. To some degree, she says that having a child healed her, and we can agree with that, considering the joy it brought her.
